i have the same issue, i was told elsewhere is was the garbage collection arguments, for me its starts getting lagspikes after about one or two hours ingame time that get gradually worse, to where is is unplayable until i restart. i use the arguments reecommended everywhere for this pack and tried it with 8 GB (where there were small lag spikes directly when i load the world) and 4 gb which has the least lags, 4gb are recommended on https://borg286.github.io/sevtech/ so are there garbage
